Regina Visconi, BCNHP, LMT, is a dedicated traditional naturopath, somatic educator, and certified structural integrator with over 10 years of experience in holistic health and wellness. Combining natural medicine with body-centered therapies, Regina specializes in Women’s Wellness by focusing on treating the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. Through an integrative approach, she addresses the root causes using assessment, intuition, structural integration & somatic therapy, herbal medicine, and lifestyle modifications to restore balance. She has special interest in supporting women through prenatal, post-partum, and menopause transitions, and helping all women regain body appreciation and self- sovereignty.
